First Order
If you have not ordered from us before, your first order be must be prepaid or accompanied by a purchase order. Prepayment Prepaid orders can be submitted by mail or by phone or secure internet process using a credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not applied to prepaid orders.

Shipping and Handling
A $9.00 shipping and handling charge is added to all orders except those prepaid. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. Please do not use Post Office boxes in your shipping address. Contact us for special shipping requirements.

Purchase
Catalog listings are for NTSC VHS cassettes and, in some cases, DVD discs. Other standards and formats are available for most titles. The purchase price includes non-theatrical public performance rights. Other rights may be available for some titles. Contact us for more information.

Rental
The rental period is five days. Rentals are shipped to arrive at least two days prior to the date of use specified. If you decide to purchase a tape within 30 days after renting it, the paid rental charge will be deducted from the purchase price.

Preview
When permitted, previews are available for those individuals or groups seriously interested in purchase. The preview period is five days. You will be invoiced for a $9.00 shipping and handling fee for each preview.

Returns
All returned tapes must be shipped via an insured carrier. Each tape should be insured for a minimum of $100. If you fail to return a preview or rental tape, you will be invoiced for the purchase price of that tape.
