SOWEGA Council on Aging
"We use Terra Nova videos with a great degree of regularity. When specific areas of concern need to be addressed, such as, bathing problems, confidentiality, dignity, etc., Terra Nova videos and manuals always explain clearly and distinctly to staff the proper way to correct issues. Recently, I used the film "Great Nursing Assistants: The Resident's Perspective". I presented this for the staff at a nursing home, the Resident Council (of the same home), and that night, the Family Council. Terra Nova videos and materials encompass the essence, the heart of the issues at hand, and bring the resolution clearly into view. Our [Terra Nova] library is the source of residents' rights that we use and depend upon everyday!"
